Shuttle Information

We care about you and your safety. We want you to have a great time and don't want you to worry about getting back to the hotel safely. Therefore, we offer a shuttle service from and to hotels within 5 miles of the club. If you would like to take advantage of this service, please make a reservation here:



Shuttle to/from Karizma



  • Reservations are required.
  • Last shuttle from the hotel to the club is at 10pm
  • Last shuttle from the club to the hotel is at 4am
  • Please try to make your reservation no later than 24 hours prior to the start of the party in order to help us plan accordingly.
  • A small fee of $10 per person will be charged to help cover the the cost for this service. Please have cash to give to the driver.
  • Pick up times will be every hour on the hour - you will be contacted by the morning of the event to confirm a time
  • Please be outside in front of the hotel at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time
  • The driver will leave if you are not there (he has to maintain a schedule)
  • If you miss your shuttle and would like us to return, you need to call to let us know: 973.600.4699
  • you will be charged an additional $10 per person





HAMPTON INN

The Hampton Inn is located about 4 miles from Karizma Social Club. The address is 16 Frontage Rd, Clinton, NJ 08809.
We have made arrangements for our members to receive a discounted rate.
You cannot get the discounted rate if you book online - you must call the hotel at (908) 713-4800 
To get our discounted rate tell them you are part of Karizma.  
Make sure when speaking to them, they are spelling Karizma correctly to access the discount.

 

Booking Procedures

We recommend that you make your reservations as far in advance as you can. The hotel has been known to be sold out most weekends. It's better to have your room booked, then if you need to, you can always cancel the reservation.



 

Reservations will be held for the room confirmed by the reservation agent. Confirmation numbers will be given with a confirmed reservation. A copy of the reservation is available upon request. All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card or by direct bill. Check in time is at 3:00 pm. Early check-in is on a request basis but is not guaranteed. Check out time is 12:00 pm on the date of scheduled departure.

Cancellations and No Show Charges

The cancellation must be made 48 hours prior to arrival date by 6:00 pm.  A cancellation number will be issued to confirm cancellation.  If the reservation is not cancelled, the guest or company will be charged one night's stay plus tax which is considered a no show charge.
